Now: Summer Gallery Guide Part I

Chicago:

The Art Institute of Chicago:
Capturing the Sublime: Italian Drawings of the Renaissance and Baroque
Parcours (I am beyond excited to see Florence Henri's Self-Portrait....!!!!)

New York:
The Gagosian Gallery never fails:
Pablo Picasso and Françoise Gilot
Richard Avedon

MoMA:
Ecstatic Alphabets/Heaps of Language
Taryn Simon: A Living Man Declared Dead and Other Chapters I-XVIII (U.S. Premiere - exciting!)

Guggenheim:
I was fortunate enough to see their Kandinsky at the Bauhaus exhibition, but now they're running a solo exhibition on Kandinsky and his works from 1911-1913 (some of his most crucial years)

Ohio:
Miami University Art Museum - Leica Camera Gallery - I am not just promoting this due to my undergraduate association - but the MUAM has the most complete privately assembled collection of Leica cameras in the country - definitely a must-see.

Massachusetts:
Harvard Art Museum
Jasper Johns/In Press - a unique, and well-planned exhibition
